Savannah Patterson, MD
 As a first-generation college graduate, my family has been fiercely supportive of my goals. My GG (grandmother) and mom raised me to pursue my goals with reckless abandon. They were the most emotionally supportive and hard-working female role models I could have ever asked for. I strive to support the people around me in a similar way, and my involvement in the WSPA will give me access to making the biggest difference I can for the most people. I hope to work with underserved populations after I finish residency, I have a particular interest in Forensics, geriatrics, and community psychiatry.
